A New Direction! November 2006 INTRAA held the 8th Annual Transgender Day of Remembrance. INTRAA celebrated the midterm election results, including the first-ever openly transgender person elected to a statewide office in Hawaii. INTRAA also looks forward to working with the newly-elected democratically-controlled House of Representatives in Indiana.  We also look forward to continuing to educate members of the Indiana Senate on issues that affect trans people in Indiana.
